Prenatal Pilates in the Copthorne, Crawley and East Grinstead area of West Sussex
‘You and Bump’ Prenatal Pilates are Mat based Pilates exercises designed for women at any stage of their pregnancy, especially great once you’re over 14 weeks.
Within these sessions, we target key pregnancy related areas such as your posture, muscle imbalances due to your growing bump, core and pelvic floor strength and breathing and relaxation techniques.
This low impact class is great for maintaining your fitness during your pregnancy, preparing your body for childbirth and improving your mood, sleep, posture and pregnancy aches and pains.
The classes are small and specialised, and taught by a prenatal exercise specialist. They are a great way to meet other mums-to-be and get some ‘you time’ before your gorgeous baby arrives.
What you’ll need
Please bring a fitness mat if you have one and a cushion to keep you comfy. Mats can be provided if you need one.
Class time
Wednesdays at 7pm (45min duration)
