Prenatal Pilates in the Copthorne, Crawley and East Grinstead area of West Sussex
Our ‘You and Bump’ Prenatal Pilates classes are currently taking a pause from being on our class timetable. Our Wednesday 7pm ‘You Time’ Pilates (all levels) class is suitable for pregnant women to attend.
There are different exercise options to choose from and Sarah, your instructor, will always offer a prenatal alternative if a particular exercise or position is not prenatal friendly.
