I offer 1:1, 2:1 (pair) and small group Pilates sessions to fit around you. These can be anything from a one off session up to regular weekly sessions.
These sessions are all about you. I love to get to know you beforehand so I can create a programme that you can get the greatest benefits and results from. We will discuss what you want out of the sessions, your goals and any preferences before you start.
Why Private Pilates
Some of the many reasons why a one-to-one or smaller group class could work for you is if you’re recovering from an injury or illness, to improve your technique, to build your confidence before joining a group class or to fit your sessions into your schedule.
Smaller group classes are perfect if there is a group of you wanting private prenatal or postnatal mum and baby sessions at a time to suit you or for hen dos or team building events.
Location
From the comfort of your own home or a set location. I supply all mats and equipment.

I have been attending Sarah’s prenatal pilates and love it! She explains all of the moves/stretches so well and gives modifications. And there is a gorgeous 5 minutes of relaxation at the end! Can’t wait to attend the postnatal classes to start working on my core postnatally!
