Matwork Pilates in Crawley and the surrounding West Sussex area

I love introducing people to the magic of Pilates. I run two different Mat based Pilates classes, which you can take a look at below. Both have a mix of traditional and more creative Pilates exercises and both are mixed ability, so you have lots of options to choose from.

Small, personalised classes to suit your individual needs, with a max of 12 participants.

All are welcome no matter your experience in Pilates. 

‘You Time’ Pilates (all levels)

This class will give you a full body workout with lots of strength exercises, and focuses on mobility, core and posture movements too. Making your body function and move to its best.

It is designed to both challenge you and leave you feeling stretched, lengthened and relaxed. 

‘You Time’ Pilates Strength 

This class has all the great benefits of Pilates but adds a little more intensity to the workout to improve your overall strength, endurance and core. 

It’s a fun class, where the flow and tempo will be upped. The first 40 minutes focus on strengthening exercises and finishes with 15 minutes to slow down, stretch and relax.

This class will leave you feeling challenged, strong and energised. 

Class times

‘You Time’ Pilates (all levels) – Mondays 7.30pm & Wednesdays 7pm (55 minute duration)

‘You Time’ Pilates Strength – Wednesdays 8pm (55 minute duration)

What you’ll need

A fitness mat if you have one (they’ll always be spares if needed) and a bottle of water.
