Hello, I’m Sarah!
Growing up I spent a lot of time upside down as a gymnast, and I have loved fitness ever since!
For me Pilates was a great form of exercise to keep my flexibility, balance and core strength after stopping gymnastics. And now I’m doing what I love as a career…and don’t worry there’s no upside down antics in my classes! I’m a qualified level 3 matwork Pilates teacher, level 2 group exercise instructor and certified pre and postnatal exercise specialist.
Pilates is an amazing form of low impact exercise that does wonders for your body, both physically and mentally. I love helping and motivating others on their fitness journeys, especially women who are expecting or have recently given birth. I’m a mum of two myself and I can fully relate to exercising during your pregnancy and using Pilates as a form of exercise to gently return to fitness once you’ve given birth.
I always ensure my sessions are personalised and adapted to suit everyone in the room. I aim to take you away from your busy world and for you to leave a class feeling a more energised, stronger and happier version of you.
