We’re sisters passionate about wellness and dedicated to providing top-quality pilates classes and rejuvenating massage treatments in the beautiful West Sussex area. We offer two different Facials using many different massage techniques to help relieve tension held in the face, head and shoulders.

‘New You’ Facial
60 minute treatment
All the best parts! This super relaxing treatment starts with a facial cleanse, followed by ice globes (also known as cooling wands), which will be massaged over the face to help reduce puffiness in the skin and eye area, relieving inflammation. They are also highly beneficial for soothing redness and reducing the appearance of enlarged pores. The treatment then moves on to a wonderful face, shoulder, and neck massage, finishing with a scalp massage. This is a perfect treatment for anyone suffering from sinus problems or tension headaches. During this treatment, I will use pressure points and draining techniques to help alleviate congestion.

Brush & Bloom Facial
60 minute treatment
A sensory facial using natural, vegan friendly products. This luxurious treatment incorporates brush cleansing, exfoliation, a soothing contrast of hot and cold stone massage, a nourishing mask, and finishes with calming hair brushing and a head massage using a variety of hair and scalp brushes. If you love the feeling of having your hair brushed or enjoy ASMR, this is the perfect facial for you. Refresh your skin and restore balance.
