As sisters with a passion for wellness, we offer Pilates classes and Massage treatments in the stunning West Sussex area. Our aim is to provide a peaceful space where you can relax, recharge, and put your wellbeing first. Our ‘Time to Heal’ treatment combines Reflexology and Reiki, offering a deeply soothing holistic experience for both the body and mind.

‘Time to Heal’ Reflexology & Reiki

60 minutes

This is half Reflexology half Reiki in one treatment – bliss!

Reflexology & Reiki are both a form of complementary therapy. This treatment will start with Reflexology which is a massage working on the feet. Modern reflexology is based on the principle that the foot has ‘reflex’ points that correspond to the various structures and organs throughout the body.

For the second half of the treatment I will carry out Reiki. Reiki is an energy healing technique which uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through the client’s body to reduce stress and promote healing.
